Additionally, users are prompted to share what they were grateful for that day and identify areas where they may need assistance through an open-ended questionnaire.
Individuals within your support network (referred to as your confidant list) can observe these daily ratings and responses, fostering a supportive environment where users can offer assistance to one another whenever necessary.
