WeTree provides a straightforward solution for mental health engagement. It serves as an online secure environment where users can express their thoughts and offer support to others in just 60 seconds a day.
The platform's objective is to combat emotional isolation by creating a sense of connection, preventing individuals from feeling alone despite increased connectivity.
WeTree achieves this goal by leveraging one of our most valuable but often overlooked resources: human connections.
So how does WeTree operate? The WeTree app enables users to connect with their support network through a convenient rating system that evaluates positive emotions, engagement, relationships, meaning and purpose, accomplishment, and health (known as PERMAH) on a daily basis. Additionally, users are prompted to share what they were grateful for that day and identify areas where they may need assistance through an open-ended questionnaire.
Individuals within your support network (referred to as your confidant list) can observe these daily ratings and responses, fostering a supportive environment where users can offer assistance to one another whenever necessary.
